- 報名一經接納，報名費將不獲發還及不得轉讓。
Entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once the entry is accepted.
- 逾期報名、傳真或電郵報名，恕不受理。
Late application, application by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
- 如賽事因天氣或他因素導致取消，大會將安排退還百分之五十的報名費予參加者
In case of event has to be cancelled due to adverse weather or other reason, HKAAA will refund 50% of the entry fee to the participants.
接納通知
Acceptance Confirmation如報名被接納，運動員將於賽前 10 天收到接納通知書，如未收到，必須於2007年12月28日前聯絡本會，以便查核報名資料。大會不設現場報名。
Successful applicants will receive Acceptance Letter 10 days before the race. If not, MUST contact HKAAA before 28 December 2007 to check their entries. No entry will be accepted on the race day.報名費
