Re: Guidelines for Photographic Activity in HKAAA's Events

With the collaboration of Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association (HKAAA) and affiliated clubs, the popularity of local athletics keeps increasing and the atmosphere within the sports ground keeps booming simultaneously.Apart from the effort of clubs, the participation of photographic societies also contributes for this encouraging progress as they help to promote athletics through their cameras.

For ensuring the smooth operation of our events and the safety of athletes as well as officials, we would like to draw the attention of photographic societies to the below guidelines whom might be interested in holding photographic activities:

Guidelines:

1. Prior permission must be granted from HKAAA for holding any photographic activities in our events.
2. Application must be submitted to Ms. Lee of Marketing Department either by fax (2577 5392) or email (inquiry@hkaaa.com) at least two weeks before the event date. Application form can be downloaded from here.
3. Members of photographic society must comply with the rules and regulations set forth by HKAAA and related authorities.
4. The applied photographic activities must not involve any commercial element.
5. Prior permission must be granted from HKAAA for publishing the photos, which taken in the events, either for online or offline.All taken photos must not be used in commercial way.
6. Photographic society must send a copy of the photos, which taken in the events, to HKAAA for reference.
7. In case of disputes, HKAAA shall make the final decision.
