To cope with the development in athletics and to deliver professional coaching knowledge to the current athletic coaches and to those who are interested to become athletic coaches in future, the HKAAA normally conduct three Level 1 and one Level 2 or one Level 3 Coaching Courses every year.

To further enhance the knowledge of our current coaches, the HKAAA from time to invite the active and enthusiastic coaches to attend overseas seminars or course which are organized by the IAAF.
