由於晶片計時系統曾於比賽期間發生短暫故障，所以大會未能提供部份跑手之完成時間，本會已根據其他有關之資料﹙包括手計時紀錄、錄音、錄影及相片﹚，裁決受影響跑手之名次及時間。本會對此深表遺憾，並將制訂措施預防類似情況發生。Due to unprecedented occasion, the chip timing system was temporarily not in proper function during the event. We therefore regret to announce that the finishing times for some of the runners could not be provided. However, their positions and times were judged based on the hand-time record, audio, video and photos taken at the finish. We deeply apologize to the concerned runners and will take proactive measure to prevent similar incidence happened in future races.
