• 報名一經接納，報名費將不獲發還及不得轉讓。
  Entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once the entry is accepted.
  
• 逾期報名、傳真或電郵報名，恕不受理。
  Late application, application by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
  
• 如賽事因天氣或其他因素導致取消，大會將安排退還百分之五十的報名費予參加者
  In case of event cancellation due to adverse weather or other reasons, HKAAA will refund 50% of the entry fee to the participants.

Entry Confirmation

獲參賽資格之報名者將於 2009 年 10 月 28 日 或之前獲正式專函通知。若逾期還未收到通知信，請於 2009 年 11 月 2 日前聯絡主辦機構以核實報名。

Successful applicants will receive acceptance confirmation on or before October 28, 2009. Applicants who do not receive a reply by this date must contact HKAAA for entry verification before November 2, 2009.
