Enrollment Criteria
賽事一至賽事四
: 第一回合至第四回合接受所有 2000 年或以前出生之人士報名。
Round 1 to Round 4: All athletes
who born in or before 2000 are eligible to enter Round 1 to Round 4. 總決賽
: 邀請合資格之本地運動員參加，不設公開報名，詳情請參閱「總決賽參賽資格」。
Final Round: The Organizing
Committee will invite local athletes who are qualified for the Final Round, no
open entry will be accepted. Details can be referred to the “Final Round Enrollment
Criteria” listed below 總決賽參賽資格
Final Round
Enrollment Criteria a) 四回合完成後，運動員於回合之成績將會根據「IAAF
Scoring Table for Athletics -Outdoor - 2008 Edition」轉化為分數，並根據運動員於該項目中兩場最佳成績之分數總和排名，各項目排名首八名之運動員將獲邀參加總決賽；
a) After the first four rounds of competition, athletes' performance will
be converted to scores according to "IAAF Scoring Table for Athletics - Outdoor
- 2008 Edition". Athletes will be ranked according to the total score of
their best 2 performances of the event in all four rounds. Athletes in top 8 ranking
of each event will be invited to participate in the Final Round. b)
運動員必須於四個合中參加該項目兩場(或以上)，方獲得該項目之排名；
b) Athletes must participate at
least 2 times in an event in the four rounds to be eligible for ranking. c)
需要測量風速的項目，成績必須符合風速要求方獲排名；
c) For events requiring Wind Speed Measurement,
its ranking will be carried out in accordance to the Wind Speed Measurement Rules.
d) 如運動員成功取得多於一個項目的總決賽參賽資格，該運動員可選擇參與所有或其中一項或多項的合資格項目，惟必須於指定日期前回覆大會；
d) If an athlete qualified for more than one event, he / she can choose to participate
in one, multiple or all of the events, but they must notify the Organizing Committee
before specified deadline. e) 如某項目之合資格運動員預先決定放棄參賽，大會將會邀請繼後排名之運動員參；
e) If qualified athletes turn down the invitation, the Organizing Committee will
automatically invite the lower ranking athletes for replacement. f)
如多於一名運動員於同一項目中之分數總和相同而令合資格的人數超出八名，田項及毋需分線道跑之徑賽項目可同時進入總決賽；而分線道行之徑賽項目則需按以下方式決定入選總決賽之名單﹕
- 首先比較同分運動員於四個回合之最佳成績，成績較佳者將可進入總賽；
- 如成績仍然相同，則會計算其他回合之成績，即第三佳成績的分數；如仍然相同，則會比較第四佳之分數；
- 如此較所有成績後分數仍然相同時，以抽籤形式決定入總決賽之運動員。
f)
In case more than one athletes get the same score and make the total qualified
athletes more than eight in an event; for field events and track events not running
in lanes, these athletes will be invited to enter the Final Round; for track events
running in lanes, places will be determined according to the following rules:
- Best perfirmance of the event for each athlete in all
four rounds;
- If ties, the 3rd best performance
will be compared, and the 4th best performance if they are the same;
- if
still ties, it will be determined by draw of lots.
g)
如運動員因代表香港業餘田徑總會往外地比賽或重要賽事而不能參賽，該回合將不當作缺席，田徑賽事委員會作最後決定。
g) If athletes are
unable to participate in any of the four rounds because of representing Hong Kong
Athletic Team in overseas competition or other improtant events, they will not
be treated as absent. The HKAAA Track & Field Committee will have the final
decision.
